Built new deck and stairs to accommodate wheelchair lift. Stairs were finished with composite treads in Trex Foggy Wharf and enclosed with fascia board. Vinyl membrane was used to waterproof the decking surface. Railing Style #1 was installed on the deck with Style #25 on one side for privacy. A full glass canopy covered the entire deck.
