This deck in Delta was rotted out and needed to be repaired. We replaced the joists, all the plywood and landing. This deck also required re-sloping for positive water flow and the area where the wisteria was growing through the deck needed to be rebuilt to allow room for future growth. We then installed new vinyl membrane and a combination of double top glass and picket railings.
