Phase 2 of rooftop deck renovation for a townhouse complex in Burnaby. These decks needed re-sloping, re-sheeting and new waterproofing membrane. Their wood fences and gates were replaced with powder coated aluminum fencing, privacy walls and gates matching the existing color.
