"Thank you to Dale and his team for their hard work replacing my balcony deck and fixing the surrounding siding. Deck Pros was very thorough in putting together an estimate and when new issues were found, they were very responsive with letting me know how that would affect the project in terms of schedule and price. The existing deck had failed and while removing it they found issues with the siding and the drains. These were communicated to me promptly and I was presented with options. They were able to replace the failed deck, re-slope towards the drains, replace the drains, and repair the siding to ensure we would no longer have to worry about leaks.
